WE ARE HIRING PHYSIOTHERAPIST

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical injuries, disabilities, and movement disorders. The ideal candidate will develop personalized treatment plans, provide rehabilitation services, educate patients on injury prevention, and help improve mobility, strength, and overall physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment

• Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, strength, posture, and functional abilities.
• Review medical history and physician referrals to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Set rehabilitation goals based on patient needs.

Treatment & Rehabilitation

• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, stretching, and rehabilitation programs.
• Use electrotherapy modalities such as TENS, IFT, Ultrasound Therapy, and Muscle Stimulation where appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Assist patients in recovering from surgery, injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain.

Patient Education

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Provide guidance on posture correction, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Advise patients on lifestyle modifications to improve physical health.
• Encourage patient participation in rehabilitation programs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Prepare discharge summaries and rehabilitation reports.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Collaboration

• Work closely with doctors, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Refer patients to other specialists when required.
• Support health awareness programs and rehabilitation initiatives.

Safety & Quality

• Ensure safe handling of patients during treatment.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Adhere to professional ethics and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT).
• Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) is an added advantage.
• Valid registration with the relevant Physiotherapy Council as per local regulations.
• 0–3 years of clinical experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
